- By Us: We reserve the right to terminate services if there is a breach of these terms, non-payment, or circumstances that prevent us from providing quality service
- Upon termination, we will provide your documents and information subject to payment of outstanding fees
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada.
